Tourism infrastructure in Anapa set for a 170 million ruble boost for development

Anapa, a popular tourist destination on the Black Sea coast, is set for a transformation by the end of the year. The Krasnodar region has been allocated 439 million rubles from the federal budget for the development of tourist infrastructure.

Governor Veniamin Kondratyev announced this significant boost, stating it would be a positive impact for Anapa businesses. The funds will support 30 projects aimed at improving tourist infrastructure in the Krasnodar region, but the specific projects have yet to be disclosed.

One of the key focuses of the funding is the creation of an accessible environment for people with disabilities. This includes the implementation of two projects in Anapa and the use of funds to create an accessible environment in the sanatorium-resort organisations, which are part of the national project "Tourism and Hospitality". The sanatorium-resort organisations in Anapa will receive 170 million rubles for these improvements.

In addition, the funds will be used to arrange new beaches and campsites, with 4 beaches and 2 campsites expected to be ready by the end of the year. The development will also include the construction of 9 year-round swimming pools in Anapa.

The Regional Microfinance Fund is also offering "Special Anapa" microloans for enterprises in the tourism industry affected by the oil spill. The maximum subsidy per individual entrepreneur or legal entity in Anapa has increased to 20 million rubles.

To qualify for the funding, projects in Anapa must contribute at least 30% of the total project cost. The collection of tourist tax has been temporarily suspended in the affected areas as part of the government's measures for enterprises affected by the oil spill in the Krasnodar region.

Tax preferences are also part of these measures, providing relief for businesses struggling due to the oil spill. The search results do not provide the names of the 30 projects funded by the federal budget to improve the tourist infrastructure in Krasnodar Territory, but it is clear that Anapa is set for a positive change.
